Describe the bug

aardvark-dns 1.13.0 does not support IPv6 links for local addresses in resolv.conf anymore.

Steps To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. having a /etc/resolv.conf file with % characters in IPv6 addresses.
  2. trying to reach a container from another within the same podman network by using its DNS name

Expected behavior

Local DNS names to be reachable within a podman network.

I am wondering why nixpkgs-update hadn't already created a new PR for this.

@ryantm Would you mind shedding some light on this?

In the meantime, I will create a PR but this is quite new for me...
