merging 'requirements-*.txt' into 'requirements.txt' as TF 1.15 GPU/CPU are provided as a single package.
update relevant documentation.
drop python2 support (aligning with numpy https://numpy.org/neps/nep-0014-dropping-python2.7-proposal.html).
