Cannot start Aurora from ISO image #24

When attempting to boot Aurora from ISO image, I get the following screen (in VirtualBox):

Is this something seen before? I am using VirtualBox 7.0 on Arch Linux (Endeavour OS).

I tried booting it bare-metal on my laptop and it turns out there's no boot record (apparently) as it is not detected as a bootable disk by the BIOS. Am I missing something?
