gif 로 영상을 변환하여 이를 보이도록 바꿔야 함

gif 로 바꾸면 파일의 용량이 늘어나던데 용량이 많이 늘어나지 않도록 방법 고안

gif 로 변환할 경우 10mb 를 초과하여 readme에 추가 불가, 영상을 짧게, 짧게 분리하여 gif 또는 다른 파일 형식으로 변환 필요

기능별로 동영상을 분리하여 MP4 를 GIF로 변환 후 배치
README 수정 완료
