getBandalartList() 가 호출되는 경우(반다라트 추가, 삭제, 다른 반다라트 선택, 테스크 셀 달성 여부 업데이트)
화면의 다른 부분은 깜빡거리는 부분이 존재하지 않는데 TopBar 에 위치하는 반다라트 라는 텍스트만 계속 깜빡거리는 문제
의도치 않은 리컴포지션이 수행되고 있는 것 같음

이미지를 텍스트로 바꿔(폰트 적용) 해결해볼 예정
