I noticed the Dockerfile pulls a pre-built docker base image since a84bede, I looked at https://hub.docker.com/r/ne0nd0g/merlin-base but couldn't figure out how it's built. I later found https://github.com/Ne0nd0g/merlin-docker/blob/main/Dockerfile but this could've been easier. :)
