How to programaticaly export all functions to dot files

Right now I'm using the following manual procedure to export all functions from Listing panel:

    <focused in listing panel>
    CRTL + A
    Graph -> Graph Output -> Graph Export(check)
    Graph -> Code Flow -> <Format: DOT> OK

I'm interested in doing all these steps programmatically.
Ideally, I would like to be pointed to a documentation that teaches me how GUI components are mapped to API calls.
