Changeing the legend

Hi,
I would like to thank you for the great work, only this plugin works with InfluxDB + Grafana to show the duration in IOT.

If you could do some litle modification ? When showing the Legend on Mobile its too long the data(13 hours, 13 minutes, 24 seconds) and you need to scroll.

For example :
Motor: 1 ( 2 weeks, 5 days, 3 hours, 44 minutes, 19 seconds, 1475x) 0 ( 9 months, 6 days, 18 hours, 32 minutes, 1476x)

If it could be displayed as:
Motor: 1 ( 2w-5d-3:44:19, 1475x) 0 ( 9m-6d-18:32:00, 1476x)
