I noticed an issue with the way the time axis legend works in a time zone that's not UTC.

If you zoom out far enough, so every vertical line of the time axis is a new day, the vertical line gets plotted at UTC 00:00. As I'm currently in UTC+2, the line gets incorrectly drawn at 02:00 like shown in the image below.

However, this is not the same issue as #94. If you zoom in further, you see that the time does get displayed correctly.
But the increment is offset. It should be 00:00, 06:00, 12:00, 18:00 and not 2, 8, 14, 20.

I just ran into this as well. Rather a problem since the Grafana plot went into a report and had to be accompanied with an awkward explanation why the times shown on the plot were different than those in the description.
