Implement support for the hyperopt command for the Omikuji backend. Part of #240.

Similar to #433, defining the search space can get tricky.

Not sure how useful this is, given that different kinds of Omikuji hyperparameter combinations (Parabel, Bonsai, AttentionXML-like) tend to produce quite similar results. So perhaps Omikuji is not so sensitive to hyperparameter choices..?
