Make the shiny plot aesthetics more...aesthetic

-> hide output when Run button has not been clicked (1st PRIORITY)
-> hide output and only show No association message when no association found (1st PRIORITY)
-> be able to click on SNP ids to take you to dbSNP
-> color the MR test values according to p-values
