Close #18, by committing all documentation source material as sent over and unpacked from a tarball by Andy Heaps (@ajheaps), then make some tweaks and fixes to the infrastructure (Sphinx-related) to build from it the full HTML documentation ready to host under the NCAS-CMS space via GitHub pages, which I will do next.
Plenty of follow-on work still TODO (for example, I have noticed that in Andy's tarball the video content is missing, so will ave to find those elsewhere and link them in or commit them to the repo), but this will allow me to host the docs here on the NCAS-CMS repo, hence resolve the issue at hand.
