Area Search Spatially Explicit Capture-Recapture

This is an experimental R package. Initially it comprises a subset of code from 'secr' related to polygon, polygonX, transect, and transectX detector types.

It may be installed using

devtools::install_github("MurrayEfford/secrpoly")

Compilation of C++ code is required.
