环境信息

go-cqhttp版本: v1.0.0-beta-fix4及action版本均尝试过
运行环境: ubuntu1804
连接方式: http post
使用协议: ipad

bug内容

无法接收到私聊消息，在go-cqhttp日志内没有收到私聊消息的记录，群聊消息功能正常。
打开debug模式查看日志发现，在发送私聊消息时有类似『msg xxxxxxx already exists in cache.skip』的内容，群聊消息没有，怀疑可能是该消息被go-cqhttp视为重复消息跳过了。
