建议对http协议发送的图片进行缓存 #23

多次发送同一个url的图片时，进行本地缓存可起到加速的作用，避免重复的网络请求。

cqhttp的实现方法是：对url进行md5作为文件名，如果存在则直接发送，如果不存在则下载保存后再发送。
或许可以作为参考。
