需要添加的功能内容

很多时候机器人会被恶意举报导致账号异常甚至封禁
虽然匿名发言依旧可以举报，但是可以防止机器人账号被获取，从而使用某些手段进行外部举报
所以建议加入发送匿名消息的功能
