单独加开关自动隐藏日志里所有的Q号群号等信息 #1229

debug模式下日志里能看到Q号群号的地方太多了，很容易一不留意就没发现
上次交日志的时候全局替换掉了测试用的Q号群号，后来因为issue提交失败重写的时候才发现混入了其他群消息的信息
能分开前台日志和文件日志的开关的话更好，比如只隐藏文件日志里的，这样的话复制粘贴就方便多了

其实最好的办法就像 log4j 一样，在配置文件里面配置日志自定义格式，然后打印log的时候就根据配置好的格式输出log

搜了一下好像有现成的，不过不知道能不能用，log4go
