go-cqhttp版本: latest （v1.0.0-beta7-fix2）

需要添加的功能内容
目前配置了 filter 的情况下，加载成功、失败均无日志输出，实际有消息到达时如果被过滤器过滤掉也不会有相关日志。
这里建议增加日志方便定位。
