modelio not opening on mac with normal m1 chip #30

Modelio version: 4.1
Device: Macbook Air M1 2020
OS: MacOS monterey

It seems modelio does not support ARM CPU. I tried using with intel java, but I had #12 error. I think Modelio requires Eclipse for ARM CPU.

So we need to use virtual machine (UTM or docker) now. docker-modelio is low cost.
