Simplify CLI install and run instructions #7

Update README homepage. The install and run is in split because of the multiple approaches. So could be DRY and have the CLI and non-CLI approaches.

Update quickstart. Consider adding instructions I can put there and reuse. Even with make.

See twitterverse docs_side.md file. Use that and update it.
