Steps to installing the prayer flicker:

1. Build RuneLite in an IDE. You can follow a guide on this here:

2. Copy paste the prayerflicker folder into runelite-client\src\main\java\net\runelite\client\plugins and build your project.

3. Run RuneLite from your IDE.

To use the auto prayer flicker, just find the auto prayer flicker plugin in the RuneLite app and set a hotkey. 
Press the hotkey to switch the prayer flicker on/off.
