Trying to automate the build process of this app so that each commit or pull request can build an artifact to help identify issues and also so that we can avoid building the app each time on local machines.

This YML GitHub Actions file is being used to try and do the above, however the build fails at various stages and its difficult to patch the issue to get the build running smoothy;
