Move description of HL7 interfaces into individual tables

Since each interface only impacts the data quality within a single table, it would make more sense to describe these individual interfaces within the pages describing the tables.

• Vital signs interface - vitalperiodic or vitalaperiodic
• Lab interface - lab
• Medications interface - medication
• Input/output interface - inputsoutputs

These interfaces are HL7 interfaces which automatically sync local hospital databases with the eICU database.

The page as it stands now can be rewritten to describe eCare manager as the source system for eRI/eICU, and the various ways in which data can be input into the system (HL7 interfaces, manual charting, etc).
