Hello,

From my understanding, the nnUNetv2_predict command preprocesses new images using the parameters established when preprocessing the training data/training the original model and then saves the output segmentations.

Is there a way to just run the preprocessing steps on new images using whatever parameters were established in training and save those preprocessed images? I have a new dataset that I want to preprocess using the exact parameters used to preprocess my original training data but do not want to run inference on them.

Thanks in adv.
James
