界面顶栏图标太小且没有文字提示

以bandzip为例，图标非常易于点击，且有明显的文字交互提示（光有图标第一眼看上去都不知道有什么功能，就像刚开始win11的右键菜单一样）我觉得可以直接清楚的标明图标的功能文字，而不是悬停查看这个图标有什么功能
