To install this package even when pcsclite is installed to a custom directory (with
./configure --prefix=/foo/bar), the setup process checks if pkg-config returns valid compiler flags. It falls back to the default directories otherwise. As a result,pip install pyscardworks with a customized installation of pcsclite.
