Add auto-formatting with project appropriate formatter

I have been using my preferred local formatter for awhile, but I figured it might be nice to autoformat using the flake local formatter. The current solution I'm using doesn't handle errors very nicely, so I'm interested in what can be done with better vim-knowledge.
