Describe The Feature Request Below

Currently the row of (vote) buttons below every comment are read out one by one by the screen reader. As you can probably imagine, this gets annoying after a while. It might be beneficial to group them and implement a (invisible) bypass button to be able to skip these reoccurring buttons.
