It appears that all DMR streams originating from YSF are given the Stream ID c0180000.
If the streams originate from D-Star the stream ID is different between transmissions as it should be.
The static DMR stream id on YSF originating transmissions is breaking certain client software such as HBlink.

It looks like this issue is not unique to YSF sourced transmissions, but also XLX DMR transmissions. The stream ID is unchanged between transmissions.

I have confirmed that D-Star is not affected by this issue. Transmissions sourced from D-Star generate a unique DMR stream ID.
