Add monthly donation

Context

In order to assure a more stable income the association need to propose monthly donations.
Each payment means one fiscal receipt, e.G. there will be a receipt per month.

Todo

• Create monthly donations entity
  • A monthly donation lasts for a number of months (2 to 12)
  • A monthly donation has a list of future donations (one for each month; identified with a number)
  • The "payment received" date will be set with a default value defined by user (e.G. the 5th of each month)
  • If the monthly donation duration is reduced, the donations that will not be paid must be deleted
• Update the donation form to propose monthly donations
  • Create a new page but make it accessible from the donation page

This will be complicated and I don't know if I want to make this possible... What if a person donate monthlly through HelloAsso? Does HelloAsso generate only one receipt?
