Add a warning saying that it is impossible to generate receipts when association information are not complete

Context

When going on the generate receipts page, if we try to generate a receipt while the association information (name, logo and signature) are not filled out, nothing happens. It would be create to throw an error message saying why, it could be a special message, or by enhancing the actual message that just says "the information are missing" but not what it implies.
