Rework or delete an unused page

Context

On membership/member-selection there is a page unused and not functional. We need to talk about it: should we improve it or remove it?

It was a Proof Of Concept page used to select multiple users in a table.
It might become handy for the features to come, like selecting which person address to print when generating the tags.
So I would say we need to improve it.
