DISTINCT doesn't seem to work with JOIN #192

Both versions give duplicate results:

Select.distinct(from: tbl1).join(tbl2).on(joinColumn2 == joinColumn1).where(whereClause)

Select(from: tbl1).join(tbl2).on(joinColumn2 == joinColumn1).where(whereClause)
