Screen Resolution is not correct when I attach another screen via HDMI #777

In order to expand my screen, I've used an extra monitor. But when I use the screenfetch it just adds up the x-resolution of both.
It shows me Resolution: 2944x1080 while I expect something like the following:

Resolution: 1920x1080, 1024x768
