README file needs update, installation instruction 'virtualenv' doesn't work properly

Installation instructions for 'virtualenv' needs to be updated, there is no 'manage.py' in whole repository.
It's only the last line of the installation instructions.

When I exchange the manage.py for app.py though and try to run 'python app.py server' the script runs without errors, but there is no server running, at least I am not able to connect to '127.0.0.1:5000' when running the command, so there might be more to fix.

Installation instructions for pipenv work perfectly fine, that's how I installed it in the end.
Haven't tried Anaconda instructions.
