Update to Electron 11 so Mac updates auto-relaunch #23

Mac updates will fail to auto relaunch in Big Sur due to the following Electron bug: electron/electron#25626

Will need to update to Electron 11 to mitigate this.

Will continue on Electron 9 for now; people on Big Sur who downloaded from GitHub will just need to manually relaunch the app when it updates.
