local audio files in playlists

while i appreciate the fact that spotube supports local audio files, i would like to have the option to put them in my playlists just like spotify does. if you can do that, i'll completely switch over.

Please do this - I don't remember what happened but I saw an issue at some point asking for downloaded/cached music to be played instead of downloading the song every time to save data.
Adding local to playlists would probably be the same system as playing local cache/downloads instead of downloading

I have made an issue that combines this any other improvements to downloading here at #2051, but some people might talk about it in other issues too.
