Major issue preventing the use of MTL

Hi justoff,

I've realized after some time, even after having used MTL, that legacy addon deskcut was disabled.
& when i've reached PM3.1.0, many other addons stopped functioning, so i got the point that this
troll "moonwolf" has decided to allow the killing of many legacy addons after having accepted them
when the project palemoon started. The worse is that neither himself or strava, or anyone contributing
in the palemoon forum helps by providing fixes to killed legacy addons when i try to explain them that
authors either died or radically changed their lives or got radically bored of firefox or palemoon major
change in extensions coding. Even after changing Add-on security level to Off in Preferences on Security tab,
& moving back to PM29.1.1, he last version that supports all legacy addons. I decided to patch remaining
legacy addons that still work in PM29.1.1 with MTL, but logically, MTL shows a "TEXT" button in the extensions
field, & i don't see it, in PM29.1.1, PM29.0.1, PM29.0, PM28.17.0.

Could you tell me how to fix that please ?
