serpent version is 52.9.0 (2022-07-06)

open xpi file with 7-zip, edit install.rdf:
add this section:

<em:targetApplication>
          <Description>
			<em:id>{ec8030f7-c20a-464f-9b0e-13a3a9e97384}</em:id>
			<em:minVersion>1.5</em:minVersion>
                        <em:maxVersion>53</em:maxVersion>
	 </Description>
</em:targetApplication>

save and update xpi package, then it can be installed in serpent 52.
