The aarch64-linux-gnu is expected to pass. We do have a serious known issue with it (JL_USE_JITLINK is disabled--JuliaLang/julia#45859) which prevents it from being tier 1, but so far tests seem to be managing to avoid that case, and it is expected to be fixed in LLVM 15.
