Cannot connect to server after server outline upgrade

Hi,

I upgraded my server Outline about a week ago and since then I cannot connect to it using the Outline client anymore.

what are the steps to track down this issue?

it was working fine before the upgrade but now it doesn't.

I also have problem that appeared some time ago.
Shadowbox's docker container is flooded with messages:

Tried on two different virtual servers with Debian 9, first - XEN, second - KVM
Also, what with that IP? That is not address of my server.
