@magaofei Thanks for trying Outline. I'm going to need more information before I can help you. Did you install the Docker container(s) using the command suggested by the server manager:

bash -c "$(wget -qO- https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Jigsaw-Code/outline-server/master/src/server_manager/install_scripts/install_server.sh)"

@magaofei I'm sorry for the trouble.
You can try docker logs shadowbox to see if there's any errors.
Maybe the ports are conflicting with other running processes. But it may also be that the client network blocks some ports.
You can test connectivity with this tool https://fortuna-outline-connectivity.netlify.com
