BlockOnce es un programa que hace un bloqueo en el Firewall en cualquier ".exe", aqui una guia de como usarlo:

• Asegurate de iniciar el programa en modo administrador.
• Clickea en el boton "°°°" para seleccionar un directorio.
• Despues de eso, el directorio sera seleccionado, solo dale click a "Iniciar" para hacer la excepcion.
