GUI: new protocol box visible

Add the new protocol to a visible location.
Now it is added based on our layout algorithm and in large projects, it is hard to locate.

I will say that we should keep adding base on the layout algorithm, but then maybe moving the viewing region in the canvas to this place.

Maybe a good way to do this is going to the list scheme (still exists a list scheme as it was in xmipp3?) select the last protocols, go again to the "box scheme" and show them in bold or with a different colour...
