Add to import_moviews a DATE option. That is, import only files created after this date.
Possible options:
default -> import all
now -> everything after now
HH-MM, DD-MM-YY -> import files created after this date

I think @josuegbl is willing to implement this

Just make sure that the default behavior is the same as before...and of course, the changes does not break the protocol.
