Auto role management based on conditions

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Patreon Bot assigns the "Supporter" role if a member has an active subscription. If that subscription runs out the bot removes the role again. I have created a secondary role called "Donator" which I currently assign manually (and Ko-fi bot automatically) to all my supporters, that role won't be taken away. Doing it manually is a bit tedious though :p

Describe the solution you'd like
Could you add the ability for Lily to give a user a specific role if the user has another role already? For example: a user has role "A", Lily gives them role "B". Role "A" is taken away again but role "B" remains

Describe alternatives you've considered
The alternative is me doing it manually until eternity :p
