Modify Prometheus Docker image for dynamic configuration

Modify Prometheus Docker image in order to read Environment Variables to dynamically add configuration (targets, ports, ...) in the prometheus config file (prometheus.yml).

This will allow to configure and deploy services from Docker that will automatically be taken into account by Prometheus as new targets to monitor
