Markov chain processor

Would like a markov model processor (a processor that identifies sequences of events) and therefore can detect the bypassing of "normal" sequences in case of intrusion detection or predict on the next events etc... a "generic" enough processor to be used in multiple use cases (I have a use case in accoustic).
