There's a few options we could pursue, but one that I like is grunt-scss-lint. I can set this up in Travis, and we can wire it into the repository to display the status of passing/failing builds as commit statuses, which is displayed on pull requests.

Talked with @jonrohan this morning about this. He might be able to help, or at least point me in the right direction for getting this going.
