can not download apls-9.15.zip? how to soft? #200

when i  download the apls-9.15.zip, there is an UnableToProcess.html.
open the html, its show as follows:

Hi @Elenmu, with our latest Swarm Learning v2.1.0 version release now you can download APLS container and setup license server. Please refer complete setup process here . Also refer v2.1.0 release notes.
